1. Agreement

By booking services with Flemish Discovery Tours, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and our company for cultural tour services in Bruges, Belgium.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment can be made in EUR, USD, or GBP. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Prices include all specified tour services and entrance fees where applicable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. We reserve the right to cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings with full refund.

4. Tour Requirements

Tours involve walking on medieval cobblestones and historic surfaces. Comfortable walking shoes are essential. Maximum group size is 8 guests. Tours are conducted in English, Dutch, or French upon request.

5. Liability

Flemish Discovery Tours provides cultural experiences with high safety standards. However, participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during tours beyond our direct control.

6. Intellectual Property

Our tour content, historical narratives, and route designs are proprietary. Photography during tours is permitted for personal use only. Commercial use requires written permission.
